As a business you need to be prepared. It is not "if" something will happen to a computer, it is only a matter of "when". If your computer crashed right now as you are reading this, do you have a plan to get up and running quickly? Do you have back ups?
I have a computer repair business that can get me up and running quickly. They know me and they know my computer. You should have the same thing. Trying to find a computer shop in the middle of your computer break down is not the best. You should have already checked out the shops and have already determined who will be your go to people.
If you do not have a shop, go out and find one today. Make sure you feel good about the place and the people. Be prepared.
